<p>For the month of April 2012 268 homes (78 of which were distress sales) sold in Marin County for an average final sales price of $897,163.</p>
<p>The average original asking price of these homes was $945,782.</p>
<p>Of the 268 homes that sold, 31 sold AT their original asking prices and 78 sold OVER their original asking prices.</p>
<p>It took these homes an average of 99 days to sell.</p>
