Marin County, CA Real Estate Market Conditions Update for July 2012


As of August 13, 2012 41% of available listings in Marin County are in escrow.

For the month of July 2012 284 homes sold in Marin County for an average final selling price of $945,727.

The average original asking price of these homes was $991,469.

The range of final selling prices was from a low of $115,000 to a high of $8,400,000.

Of the 284 homes that sold 61 were distress sales.

30 of the 284 homes sold at their original asking price and 90 sold for over their original asking price.

It took these homes an average of 101 days to sell.
