Regarding percentage of listings in escrow, anything above 35% is considered a Seller’s Market, anything below 30% is considered a Buyer’s Market. Between 30% and 35% is considered a Neutral Balanced Market. However, as you will see below, that particular statistic does NOT tell the whole story.
