Marin County Month-by-Month Sales Charts ~ Updated June 2008
They say a picture is worth a thousand words… As you will see in the charts below the average sales price in Marin County is holding pretty steady even when you factor in all the distress sales. The volume, however, is limping along, even slower than last year, which was slower than post 9/11. While we seem to be improving, we’re not out of the woods just yet.
