As you will see in the charts below the average sales price is holding steady in Marvelous Marin County, located at the opposite end of the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco in Beautiful Northern California. The deals to be had in this neck of the woods are in the Northernmost part of the County (furthest from San Francisco) in the town of Novato. The closer you get to San Francisco the harder it will be to get sellers to part with their properties — unless you want to pay their price.
